b) Start idling and check whether the cutter turning is correct. If the direction is reversed, please change the connection sequence of the three-phase power line;

6. Maintenance Instructions of Bone Crusher
a) The mechanical starter motor should be turned towards the ventilation position to ensure the working heat of the motor is dissipated and extend the life of the motor.
b) Check the bolts of the cutter regularly. After using the machine for a week, use the tool to tighten the bolts of the movable cutter and the fixation between the blade and the cutter holder.
c) Rolling bearing with seat: grease should be added to the bearing grease nipple every 20 days to ensure lubricity between the rolling bearings.
d) In order to ensure the sharpness of the cutting tool, check the moving knife regularly according to the usage conditions to ensure that the moving knife is sharp and blunt, causing unnecessary damage to other parts.
e) Before the second start, the remaining scraps in the machine room during the first break should be removed to reduce the starting resistance and reduce the motor load.
Regularly disassemble the wheel cover and belt wheel cover to remove the dust outlet under the flange.
The residual powder material discharged from the machine room enters the rotating bearing.
f) When changing the tool, keep the gap between the knife and the knife: 0.5-0.8mm as the standard.
g) Regularly check whether the belt is slack. If the belt is slack, loosen the motor fixing bolts and use a tool to move the motor outwards until the belt is tightened.
